The Challenge: Establishing digital presence
Neela by Sapphire Fibres (Neela) is an up and coming young denim mill based in Lahore, Pakistan. They are a subsidiary of one of Pakistan largest companies, Sapphire Group. Neela approached INQOVA to help them to navigate the new business landscape during the COVID pandemic with branding and digital marketing efforts.
To activate their digital marketing strategies, we first have to design and establish a website that will serve as their digital touchpoint for people to view their products and company with an end goal to get in touch with them.
The Solution: Building a full-scale website
Since all trade shows and in-person meetings are cancelled due to COVID, Neela has to present their denim concepts and fabrics in a new way, and that is to do it digitally through a website.
As a denim mill in a digital world, it is important to showcase their denim concepts and fabrics up on the website. However, not many mills are doing that. Still, we see it as an opportunity to position Neela as an accessible mill that allows buyers and designers to view their fabric collections whenever and wherever they are. With the website, we also provided an option for viewers to request fabric samples that they would love to get and then they will be in touch with Neela's sales representatives.
Besides a complete digital denim concept and fabric presentation, we also added some pages like sustainability to showcase their sustainability actions, progress, and involvements like the UN SDG and certifications.
