Background
Sun Street Co. is a versatile company that started out in 2016 as a trading and business consultancy company and a personal coaching company that was was introduced in 2020.
After working with INQOVA to develop their new brand identity, we worked on another project to help Sun Street Co. centralise its brand touchpoint to a digital channel, the website.
Sun Street Co. previously relied on word-of-mouth to get new clients, but with the new identity, it unlocks an opportunity to establish a stronger brand presence and reach new potential customers through the web. All comes down to building its credibility and authority online through building and launching its first digital presence.
Approach
The approach that we take before designing the website is to figure out how to create a simple and easy interaction for the user while preserving the unique company service identites. On top of that, the website also should be a centralised and consolidated place for all three of its businesses.
Solution
To achieve that, we decided to design the website in a booklet and leaflet style to visually show that all three businesses are under the same company. Visitors can scroll through the three businesses in a one-pager style, keeping it simple, clean and easy.
For Sun Street Coaching in particular, we made sure to make the client testimonials the center of the section, so prospects could understand the style and method that Sun Street adopts before reaching out.
Results
Having worked with Inqova, Sun Street was able to drastically increase online presence through establishing a consolidated platform with information on services. Not only providing a consistent branding experience across all touch points, but also to act as an essential conversion location for the business.
