Marketing Programs for Textile & Apparel Manufacturers
Stay found. Stay trusted. Stay chosen.
Apparel buyers don't switch suppliers often. They stay with who they trust, until something slips. A late delivery. A quality claim. A new tariff. A directive to diversify. When that day comes, the order goes to the supplier already on her mind - you, or your competitor.
Our programs keep you on your customer's mind, week after week - from social media to search, AI, advertising, trade shows and events.
From $3,500/month · Quarterly programs
You meet buyers twice a year, at the shows.
They choose suppliers every week.
Your customers get everything.
Samples ship the same week. WhatsApp gets answered at night. You visit their offices, you host them at the factory, you know them personally. Some of your customers have stayed with you for five, ten years. This is the work that keeps them.
Everyone else gets silence.
The buyer who took your card in March - what has she heard from you since? The buyer who has never met you - when a directive to diversify lands on her desk, what would make her think of you? And your customer of ten years - when she defends your allocation in a sourcing meeting, what does her boss find when looking you up? Even the customers who love you want to see you in the market. Your newness, your innovation, proof they chose well.
Marketing does two jobs. It brings the buyers who don't know you yet, and it keeps the ones who do - proud, confident, and coming back.
Three programs. Everywhere buyers look.
What it's like to work with INQOVA
We used to do 6 shows a year. Kingpins, Première Vision, Texworld, and 3 regional shows. I could never tell you which ones were actually working. Now I can show you per show. We cut two shows this year and put the budget on channels that bring real inquiries.
Inquiries come in from everywhere. Website, WhatsApp, email, agents, trade fairs. Used to be half of them sat in someone's inbox until they went cold. Now they all land in one place, with one person responsible.
Every spec used to get manually keyed into Excel after an inquiry meeting. Count, composition, twist, finish, certifications. By the time we had to follow up, half the details were missing or wrong. Now it goes into the system the moment the inquiry comes in.
A buyer asks for a sample hanger on a Tuesday. Used to be three weeks before he heard back. Sometimes never. Now we follow up within 2 business days, and ship the same week.
We lost a 12-year customer last year. Didn't notice until the orders stopped. With the system, we'd have seen the slope months earlier. Smaller quantities, longer gaps, different constructions. Now when a customer starts drifting, somebody picks up the phone before they move.

Every program runs in quarters. We plan the quarter together, run it, and review the results with you before planning the next. You always know what is being done, and why.
Marketing compounds. Expect the first clear results in three to six months - and expect us to tell you honestly what is working and what is not, every single quarter.
Advertising budgets are separate from the program fee, agreed with you in advance, and reported transparently every month. You always see what was spent and what it brought back.

Common questions.
What does it cost?
+
Programs start at $3,500 a month, planned and billed in quarters. The exact scope depends on your goals and how many programs you run - we agree everything before the quarter begins. Advertising budgets are separate, agreed in advance, and reported transparently.
When will we see results?
+
The first clear results usually come in three to six months. Marketing compounds - each quarter builds on the last. We review results with you every quarter and tell you honestly what is working and what is not.
Do we need all three programs?
+
No. Start with the one that fits your goals. Most clients add a second once the first is running well.
We have never done marketing before.
+
Most of our clients hadn't. You don't need a marketing department. You need one person who can make decisions and a few hours a month. We create the content, run the programs, and report the results. You approve the direction and correct us on the details only your team knows.
Do we need a new website first?
+
Not always. The programs send buyers to look at you, and what they find has to be worth finding. If your website and brand hold up, we start right away. If they don't, that comes first - it's what our Website & Branding project is for. We will tell you honestly which one you need.
What if we want to stop?
+
Programs renew quarter by quarter. No long lock-ins. We would rather earn the next quarter than lock you into it.
Our orders come through relationships, not marketing.
+
They do. And marketing is how the relationship stays fed. It keeps you present with the buyers who know you, and puts you on the mind of the ones who don't - so when something changes on their side, the name they reach for is yours.
