Website & Branding for Textile & Apparel Manufacturers

Get found. Get trusted. Get chosen.

Your company name comes up in a conversation. You get recommended by an old contact. Or you meet a buyer at a trade show. The next thing that happens - they Google you, open your website, and start asking ChatGPT about you. What they find decides the next steps.

We build what buyers find when looking you up - your positioning, your brand, your website, your complete digital presence.
One project, everything included.

$38,000 fixed · Live in 8-12 weeks

Buyers visit your factory once a year.
They visit you online every week.

When a buyer visits your factory, you prepare.

The floors are clean. The showroom is stocked. The certificates hang in reception. The collection is ready. Someone from your company meets the buyer at the airport. You have done this a hundred times, because you know the order depends on it.

When a buyer visits you online, nobody calls ahead.

The buyer Googles your company. She opens your website on her phone. She asks ChatGPT what you make, who you work with, whether you meet her criteria. What does she find? Does the site load well on her phone? Does it answer her key questions? Are your certifications there? When she fills in the contact form, does anyone answer? And what does AI say about you when you are not in the room?

A strong digital presence makes you easy to find, easy to trust, and easy to buy from. It keeps you in the conversation before and between orders.

If you don't set yourself up for success online, your competitors will.

One project. Five steps. Everything included.

What it's like to work with INQOVA

Why INQOVA?

Native to the textile & apparel industry
We are deeply specialised in one industry. We work exclusively with garment, fabric, and yarn manufacturers, and have been for over a decade. You don't need to explain your products, your production, or your industry to us. We get straight to work.
We understand how your buyers buy
European and US buyers check suppliers in a particular way. We know what they look for before the first meeting, what they ask before the first sample, and what makes them comfortable enough to place the first order. Everything we build is shaped around that.
One team for all your marketing & sales needs
Strategy, brand, website, campaigns, and the sales system behind them. One team that knows your business, instead of five disconnected vendors. One point of contact, one standard of work.

A buyer decides in thirty seconds.

With nobody from your team there. See the path they take to choose a supplier, and what puts you on the shortlist.

HOW WE DELIVER

One fixed price, agreed before we start.

$38,000, in writing, before work begins. 8-12 weeks to launch. No hourly billing, no extras appearing along the way. If you ask for something outside the scope, you get a price for it first, and you decide.

You pay in stages, and you approve each stage before the next begins. The final payment falls at launch, not before.

Your team's part is small. A kickoff, a few effective workshops, a short call each week, and your approval at each stage. We do the work in between.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does it cost?

+

$38,000, fixed. That covers all five steps: research, positioning, brand identity, the full website, and launch. You pay in stages, and the final payment falls at launch. If you ask for something outside the scope, you get a price for it first.

We already have a website.

+

Most of our clients did. We look at what you have, keep what works, and rebuild what doesn't. Get in touch and we will evaluate your existing website before we talk about any project. If your website and brand already serve you well, the better next step is often a different one: Sales Intelligence, to make sure every inquiry is tracked and followed up, or a Marketing Program, to make sure buyers actually know you exist.

We already have a logo and a brand we like.

+

Good, we keep it. The work is then about sharpening how it is used: colours, typography, and consistency, and applying your identity properly across your website and your sales and marketing materials.

How much of our time does this take?

+

A kickoff, a few effective workshops, a short weekly call, and your approval at each stage. Plan for a few hours a week from one person who can make decisions. We do the rest.

Who writes the content?

+

We do. All copy and content are included. We use what you can provide and produce the rest. You review and approve, and you correct us on the technical details only your team knows.

What happens after launch?

+

The website is yours, live and hosted. From there, the job is bringing the right buyers to it. That is what our Marketing Programs do: build awareness in your markets and generate inquiries from the right buyers. Sales Intelligence makes sure every inquiry that arrives is captured and followed up. The launch is where that work starts, and we plan it with you.

Our orders come through relationships, not websites.

+

They do. And every one of those relationships checks you online before the next step. The website does not replace the relationship. It makes sure the relationship never stalls on what a buyer finds, or fails to find, when she looks you up.
