Sales Leadership for Textile & Apparel Manufacturers

Sales leadership without the full-time hire.

You know how to make the product. Bringing it to market is a different craft. Choosing the markets, selecting and understanding the buyers that's right for you, and holding a team to the plan every week. That is a leadership job.

Monthly retainer · Weekly leadership sessions · Quarterly reviews

You have written the job posting before.

The posting

Sales Agent. Business Development Manager. Established network of brands and retailers required. Sooner or later every manufacturer writes this posting, because the need is real: someone close to the buyers, chasing every inquiry until it becomes an order.

What happens next

The agent asks for commission on every order your factory produces. The director asks for a full salary before the first order exists. Everyone claims a network. Nobody can show you one. A year later, the posting is up again.

The need is real. The old roles are not built for it. So we built the role differently: sales leadership on a monthly retainer, with a research team behind it, and no commission on anything.

One retainer. Everything a sales leader should be doing.

Start with one. Combine them as you grow. Each program is planned and delivered in quarters, built around what you want to achieve - that's the first conversation.
Regular meetings
LinkedIn, Instagram, and email newsletters, with everything that feeds them - copywriting, photography, video, animation, influencer collaborations. Your company showing up in your buyer's feed, week after week, with something worth seeing.
Search, AI & Advertising
Found on Google, present in AI answers, advertised in the trade media buyers read. Whether we get there through search rankings or paid placement is our job, not your homework. When a buyer goes looking for a supplier, you show up.
Trade Shows & Events
The push before, during, and after - the meetings booked ahead of the show, the booth and materials that make people pay attention, the follow-up that lands while your buyer's notes are still fresh. Three days of hall time, turned into a season of presence.
Outbound Sales
We find the buyers who should know you and reach them directly - email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls. Researched accounts, personal messages, no mass blasts. Every response lands in your sales system, followed to a meeting, a sample, an order.

What it's like to work with INQOVA

Why INQOVA?

Native to the textile & apparel industry
We are deeply specialised in one industry. We work exclusively with garment, fabric, and yarn manufacturers, and have been for over a decade. You don't need to explain your products, your production, or your industry to us. We get straight to work.
We understand how your buyers buy
European and US buyers check suppliers in a particular way. We know what they look for before the first meeting, what they ask before the first sample, and what makes them comfortable enough to place the first order. Everything we build is shaped around that.
One team for all your marketing & sales needs
Strategy, brand, website, campaigns, and the sales system behind them. One team that knows your business, instead of five disconnected vendors. One point of contact, one standard of work.

A buyer decides in thirty seconds.

With nobody from your team there. See the path they take to choose a supplier, and what puts you on the shortlist.

HOW WE DELIVER

Planned in quarters. No surprises.

Every program runs in quarters. We plan the quarter together, run it, and review the results with you before planning the next. You always know what is being done, and why.

Marketing compounds. Expect the first clear results in three to six months - and expect us to tell you honestly what is working and what is not, every single quarter.

Advertising budgets are separate from the program fee, agreed with you in advance, and reported transparently every month. You always see what was spent and what it brought back.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does it cost?

+

Programs start at $3,500 a month, planned and billed in quarters. The exact scope depends on your goals and how many programs you run - we agree everything before the quarter begins. Advertising budgets are separate, agreed in advance, and reported transparently.

When will we see results?

+

The first clear results usually come in three to six months. Marketing compounds - each quarter builds on the last. We review results with you every quarter and tell you honestly what is working and what is not.

Do we need all four programs?

+

No. Start with the one that fits your goals. Most clients add a second once the first is running well.

We have never done marketing before.

+

Most of our clients hadn't. You don't need a marketing department. You need one person who can make decisions and a few hours a month. We create the content, run the programs, and report the results. You approve the direction and correct us on the details only your team knows.

Do we need a new website first?

+

Not always. The programs send buyers to look at you, and what they find has to be worth finding. If your website and brand hold up, we start right away. If they don't, that comes first - it's what our Website & Branding project is for. We will tell you honestly which one you need.

What if we want to stop?

+

Programs renew quarter by quarter. No long lock-ins. We would rather earn the next quarter than lock you into it.

Our orders come through relationships, not marketing.

+

They do. And marketing is how the relationship stays fed. It keeps you present with the buyers who know you, and puts you on the mind of the ones who don't - so when something changes on their side, the name they reach for is yours.
